The Fairley Gunn Group Radiography Division is looking for a proactive and commercially confident Sales Coordinator (full time) to join our team, primarily based across Jarrow and Prudhoe.

This is a varied customer facing role supporting Gilligan Engineering Services, NDT Electronic Services and Metrix NDT. The successful candidate will manage customer enquiries, coordinate quotations, follow up opportunities and work with our engineering and operations teams to progress enquiries through to order placement and handover.

This is not a purely administrative sales support role. It requires regular proactive contact with existing, lapsed and prospective customers, strong organisation and the confidence to develop enquiries into commercial opportunities. Previous technical expertise is not essential, as appropriate product and service training will be provided.

The role would suit someone with experience in sales coordination, internal sales, customer account support or commercial administration who is confident speaking with customers and comfortable learning technical products and services.
